Your information, handled plainly.

Only what you type into this site, and only when you choose to send it: your name, email, phone number, business name, website URL, and whatever project details you share through our forms (audit requests, the contact form, call bookings, project intake, the cost estimator and quiz if you choose to email yourself a result).

If you create a client account, we also store your login email and the project information inside your portal. If you pay an invoice, payment is processed by Stripe — card numbers never touch our servers.

We don't run advertising trackers or sell-your-data analytics. Cookies on this site exist to keep you signed in to the client portal.

To reply to you, prepare your audit or proposal, schedule your call and deliver the work you hired us for. That's it. We don't sell your information, rent it, or add you to a drip campaign because you asked a question.

One thing worth being explicit about, since we build AI systems: we sometimes use AI tools to draft internal summaries of the project details you submit (for example, turning your intake answers into a brief). A human reviews anything AI-drafted before it reaches you, and your information is never used to train anyone's models.

The services that run this site, each holding only what their job requires: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and login), Resend (email delivery), Stripe (payments), and Anthropic (the AI drafting described above). We don't share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

We work with healthcare businesses and build HIPAA-conscious websites — which includes this one. Please don't submit patient information or any other protected health information through our forms; they aren't intended for it, and we design our clients' public forms the same way.

Inquiries and project records are kept while they're useful for serving you and for our own bookkeeping. If you want a copy of what we hold about you, want it corrected, or want it deleted, email contact@footecs.com and we'll handle it within 30 days — usually much faster. No forms, no hoops.

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update this page and the date below. We won't quietly expand what we do with your information.
